Hyatt Regency Birmingham's signature restaurant is set under a glass atrium roof and is filled with plants and trees giving it the atmosphere of a secret garden.

The talented chefs serve up seasonal delights from breakfast through to dinner using fresh British produce. Afternoon tea is served daily and is flavoured with the fruit of the month. There's also a cocktail bar which comes alive at 5pm daily serving exquisite local gins and floral cocktails.
