This will be an evening of quality meat, gourmet food and fine wine, hosted by the Michelin-starred man himself.

Join celebrated chef Tom Aikens and meat suppliers The Lake District Farmers, as they host a butchery demonstration.

This is followed by a delicious five-course dinner with matching wines, taking you on a beef farmer’s journey through each course.
