Mowgli is the brand new Indian restaurant set to open in Grand Central, Birmingham, this Autumn.

Celebrity YouTube Vlogger, Nisha Katona will be launching her new Indian restaurant on our doorstep. She is the brains behind the menu, which she promises will include a wide variety of authentic, hearty and healthy tastes. Next to Cath Kidston and John Lewis, look out for Mowgli soon.

Her dishes will be "real street food". That includes the Goan fish curry and Mother butter chicken, otherwise known as chicken Tikka Massala. You will also be able to try the Himalayan cheese on toast and the Gunpowder chicken poppers will be available if you're looking for a healthier appetite.

Vegans are welcome too as Nisha has given you plenty of delicious options.

Birmingham is certainly excited about the new addition to the food industry, particularly Sarah Fox, Head of Restaurants and Leisure at Hammerson, which runs Grand Central.

"Mowgli is a perfect addition to the line-up at Grand Central, significantly strengthening and diversifying the food and beverage offer at the centre."

Katona knows the Indian food industry like the back of her hand. Not only has she got over 23k Twitter followers and is an international star on YouTube, but she is the author of cookbook 'Pimp my Rice'. She is also the 'Curry in a Hurry' blogger and hosts a number of cooking classes and demos.
