Kiss Me Cupcakes and Elidor Patisserie are joining forces to bring an extra special baking workshop designed for the budding Mary Berry's amongst you.
Presenting their unique event...A Taste of Italy, A Bite of France.
On 14th April join Silvia, Head Chef at Elidor Patisserie, at Kiss Me Cupcakes for 3 hours of guided baking in an intimate group of fellow baking enthusiasts.
Silvia will teach you how to bake three delicious recipes:
- French Crêpes with homemade chocolate sauce
- Italian 'Crespelle' - a savoury crêpe recipe. This savoury recipe is a triumph of Italian colours, flavours and ingredients: Ricotta, fresh spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano, homemade tomato and basil sauce.
- Italian chocolate and almond cantucci (biscotti)
Silvia, in accordance with her unconventional approach to the art of patisserie, will teach you how to bake without electric equipment or precise timing. By the end of the course you will be able to know when a dough is ready only by touching it, or when a biscuit is cooked by the sound of it. You will probably be covered in flour, but you will surely smell like heaven.
This is the perfect event for a Mother's Day treat, or for some baking fun with friends.
This event will take place at Kiss Me Cupcakes, and there are only 6 spaces available. Tickets cost £30, with an additional £2.93 booking fee.
