On the Menu

The sumptuous selection of starters includes:

  • Crispy fried baby squid and courgette flowers with anchovy aioli
  • Poulet noir and Jerusalem artichoke terrine with pickled girolles and herb salad 
  • Roasted tiger prawns with Pastis and chilli butter
