Back by popular demand from their last wine dinner in September 2016, Valdivieso are heading to Hotel du Vin once again armed with six wondeful Chilean wines.
Founded in 1887, Valdivieso was the first vineyard in the whole of South America to make sparkling wines.
Over a hundred years later, it's their still wines that set them apart, encapsulating everything that Chile excels at: rich, vibrant flavours, smooth and glossy textures.
Based in Lontue, the Valdivieso owns some of Chile's prime vinous real estate, as shown by the Single Vineyard wines which showcase some of the country's most exciting terroirs.

This event costs £85 per person and includes a five course dinner with canapés and six wonderful wines.
