The ‘De La Casa’ menu (£24), features the most popular choices including Calamares Fritos (deep fried squid with alioli) and Chorizo a la Sidra (spiced Austrian sausage roasted with cider).

The ‘Del Chef’ menu (£28) features Omar’s specialities including Albóndigas en Salsa (beef meatballs in a vegetable, tomato and white wine sauce) and Pulpo a la Gallega (steamed octopus with potatoes and pimentón paprika).

Top Spanish TV chef Omar Allibhoy brings a taste of the real Spain to the city with Tapas Revolution Birmingham.

Dubbed the ‘Antonio Banderas of cooking’ by Gordon Ramsay, he’s a man on a mission to bring the joy of authentic tapas food to the UK.

Tapas Revolution is Omar’s personal interpretation of the fun and bustling tapas bars in his hometown of Madrid.

Omar and his team use only the finest Iberian ingredients sourced from small artisan producers across Spain and freshly prepare all the dishes in-house.
