Stable Executive Chef and co-founder Andy Briggs said:
“Since we launched in 2009 we’ve developed a reputation for our West Country-inspired menu using the best local produce, and our vast range of ciders.
"With the new menu we wanted to capture our forward-thinking spirit and the evolving tastes of our customers, while staying true to our authentic, rustic roots.
"All our sourdough pizza bases are still handmade from scratch, our tomato sauce still made fresh every day - these values are really important to us.”

Something that won’t be changing this spring is the Stable’s popular Tuck in Tuesday deal night.
Every Tuesday, you can choose any selected pizza, plus a side salad and drink for just £10.
Non-gluten ingredient (NGI) and vegan menus are also available.

The Big Jerk
The peppery jerk chicken gives this bad boy a real kick. But if you don't mind a bit of spice, the Caribbean-inspired flavours presented on a pizza are irresistible.
Severn Heavens
An interesting seafood pizza with smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, spinach and mozzarella. Feels a bit healthier maybe? Anyway, who cares - just wolf it down!
Lamb Bam Boogie
You can't beat a good pie. This one contains a hearty mix of lamb, rosemary, garlic potato and honey. The flavours are wam and rich, plus you get an interesting selection of sauces alongside it.
Beesting cider
Complete The Stable's holy trinity of pizza, pie and cider with the pleasantly tart Beesting - a medium sweet perry (pear cider) hailing from the orchards of Somerset.
