The Stable Birmingham Christmas Menu 2016 released

The Stable Birmingham is getting straight into the Christmas spirit with its Festive Menu, ideal for a fun office gathering or catch-up with friends.

This year, the pizza and cider spot on John Bright Street is putting on a selection of nine special pizzas, freshly baked.

You'll follow this up with a choice of warming winter desserts, plus a glass of mulled cider to wash it all down.

Dietary requirements including gluten-free and vegan are catered for - just let the staff know.

PIZZAS

1. The Turkey Gobbler Christmas Special

Tomato base, roasted free range turkey breast, chipolata meatballs, herb-roasted potato, caramelised onions, fresh sage and mozzarella

2. The Fresh Hawaiian

Shaved Adlington farm smoked ham, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh pineapple. Avocado and chilli optional.

3. The Severn Heavens

Jackson’s of Newton Abbot smoked mackerel, Severn and Wye smoked salmon, English spinach leaves, fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella. Topped with fresh parsley and lemon.

4. The Billy the Kid

Cheese Cellar Dairy goats’ curd, caramelised onions, field mushrooms, fresh spinach leaves, fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella. Topped with roasted hazelnuts.

5. The Bull Ring Boar

The Real Boar Company’s chorizo and salami, fresh tomato sauce & mozzarella. Topped with peppery rocket & dressed with Dijon dressing

6. Vegan James Brindley

Herb-roasted potato, thyme-roasted sweet potato, roasted Spanish onion, English spinach, fresh tomato sauce, and grated vegan cheese.

7. Vegan Fresh Hawaiian

Fresh tomato sauce, field mushrooms, fresh pineapple with grated vegan cheese. Avocado and chilli optional.

8. Vegan Smethwick Scorcher

Roasted red peppers, fresh red chilli, red onion, basil leaves, field mushrooms, fresh tomato sauce and grated vegan cheese.

9. Vegan Billy the Kid

English spinach, caramelised onions, field mushrooms, asparagus, our tomato sauce and
grated vegan cheese. Topped with roasted hazelnuts.
