New Alchemist to open in Birmingham

The cocktail bar and restaurant is due to launch its second venue in Brindleyplace this summer. 

The new venue will open its doors this summer after a £1.4 million revamp of the building previously occupied by fish restaurant Le Monde which closed in early 2017. 

The Alchemist has proved very popular for its theatrical cocktails, super decadent interior and cocktail lab and the new place is bound to pull the crowds.
