The Cuban Embassy releases new brunch menu

The Cuban Embassy have released a brand new brunch menu that will bring some South American flavour to your weekend.

Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30 - 4pm, The Cuban Embassy's innovative take on the classic brunch will allow you to feast on a range of tasty options, from Mexican inspired eggs with refried beans, to corn tortilla chips with chilli sauce.

If you're after something a little sweeter, they're also serving up American style pancakes with a variety of toppings, including banana, maple syrup and ice-cream.

Can I get some Prosecco with that?

And if boozy brunches are your thing, The Cuban Embassy are also holding bottomless bruches on Sundays from 12:30 - 4pm.

Along with your chosen dish from their brunch menu, you'll be able to drink as much Prosecco or Cuba Libre as you like. It might only be brunch time here, but it's always happy hour somewhere!

So forget your usual avocado on toast as this boozy Cuban twist on the classic brunch will be sure to spice up your weekend.
