Chef Liam Dillon Takes Over Harvey Nichols Brasserie This June

Great British Menu contestant, chef and owner of The Boat Inn, Liam Dillon is bringing his culinary expertise to Birmingham.

Every Monday this June he will be sharing his extensive knowledge and experience at the Harvey Nichols Brasserie.

Expect a six-course tasting menu, featuring some of his Great British menu classics including his fish course ‘The Apple’ and pre-dessert ‘The Jigsaw’.

Guests will also be able to order drinks from an a la carte bar menu. If you'd like to be a little more boujee, you could order from the specially designed wine pairing menu, curated by wine specialist Michael Tully. The food will cater for vegetarians, pescatarians and gluten free dining.
