Digbeth's brand new indoor Street Food warehouse

The team behind Taste and Liquor is launching a new venue called No21 Digbeth on Friday 27 January.

The venue is located on Milk Street, and is described as “a new hub for global street food, cultural festivals and diverse community events.”

The opening launch will capture the essence of the brand’s mirror inspiration, as the venue transforms into a weekly Indoor Street Food Hub across Winter and Spring, made up of a range of international flavours paired with contemporary traders, to create novel future classics.

With Birmingham’s landscape constantly evolving, Taste and Liquor wanted to provide an offering that was as unique as the city itself. With an every changing line-up featuring glorious food.

From marinated and slow cooked Brazilian BBQ Grills to Sticky Indian Pigs Cheek Naan Sliders, Turkish and Lebanese Street food – the town is set to get a taste of the best food producers and traders in the region.

Fridays also shows support to new and emerging Talent, by giving new traders the chance to experiment and really play with ideas without the pressure of having to take on a restaurant.

With new chefs starting up whole new pop-up experiences, Taste and Liquor aims to support them throughout the year.

Every Friday also welcomes The Digbeth After Work Club, between 5pm-7pm local residents are invited to start their weekend early, with specials 2-4-1 offers on all drinks.

Head towards the main bar, featuring bespoke cocktails, craft beer, wines and a vase range of bespoke tonics and sprits. There’s also a stage for live music, emerging bands and DJs, and plans are also in the pipeline for street food takeovers and plenty of surprises along the way.

Taste and Liquor at No 21 Digbeth will launch on Friday 27 January, and will be hosted every week. Friday entry is free from 5.00pm. Last food orders 10.30pm.
