Birmingham Rum Festival launches at The Cuban Embassy on Saturday 2 July, with rum tasting, live music and a carnival atmosphere.
Eleven rum brands are set to host sampling and tasting stands: Bacardi, Brugal, Appleton Estate, Mezan, R L Seale, El Dorado, Gosling's, La Hechicera, Matusalem, Pirate's Grog and Old J Spiced.
There will also be a special Festival Cocktails menu as well as over 130 different rums available behind the bar.
Birmingham Rum Festival street food will include Jamaican-inspired dishes (£6.50) like jerk chicken, as well as Mexican-inspired tacos (£4.50 each)
