Lallier are a small family owned Domaine based in the famous village of Ay.
They are dedicated to producing quality Champagnes and use only the best grapes from Grand Cru vineyards.
With extended ageing in their historical cellars for most of the cuvees, in addition to their small scale ‘boutique’ production, they are recognised by Champagne aficionados as a house of great reputation.
Join Hotel du Vin for a special evening of decadence hosted by wine dinner favourite and Master Sommelier Nigel Wilkinson of Boutinot Wines.
