'Merlot on the Orient Express': wine & film at The Electric

Hotel du Vin and The Electric Cinema have partnered up to bring you an evening of murder mystery solving and fine wine tasting.

The Orient Express has travelled to a number of European countres in its gilded history, hence this unique wine tasting event.

Wine expert Tony Elvin will introduce audience members to six different wines (included in the ticket price) found at stops on the Orient Express trail, introduced at key moments during a screening of Kenneth Branagh's new Agatha Christie adaptation. 

Based on the novel by best-selling author Agatha Christie, 'Murder On The Orient Express' tells the tale of thirteen strangers (including Judi Dench, Johnny Depp and Michelle Pfeiffer) stranded on a train, where everyone’s a suspect.

Detective Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh) must race against time to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again...
