It is just over a year since Hotel du Vin hosted their last sell-out Alsatian wine dinner.
This one promises to be just as good.
JB Adam have been making wine since 1614 in the sleepy town on Ammerschwihr in Eastern France.
You’ll have the opportunity to try some of the finest Alsace wines, benefiting from fourteen generations of expertise.
Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Noir could all feature alongside a typical Hotel du Vin banquet of four courses and canapés.
