Byzantium have teamed up with Global Aid Network to bring hope to people living in crisis by raising money from their set menu.

Join Byzantium for a 3 course set menu for just £20 on Sunday 22nd April, and help raise money for those in need, with all proceeds going to GAiN.

Global Aid Network (GAiN) is a worldwide humanitarian relief and development organisation dedicated to bringing hope and help to the poor and the suffering around the world through relief and development projects.

Byzantium brings tasty eclectic tapas to Kings Heath, taking inspiration from across the Mediterranean.

Expect a fusion of flavours from Spain, Morocco, Greece, Italy and the Middle East in their dishes.

Mains

• Pan fried salmon with crispy skin served on a creamy asparagus and lemon sauce - a real winner for any seafood lover.
• Creamy artichoke and Parmesan cheese purée finished with a light chive oil.
• Halloumi dusted in semolina, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds - or as Byzantium like to call it, Halloumi Saganaki - an old Greek favourite!
