Mr Jerk’s Reggae Caribbean Cookout is celebrating its first birthday. Join the party for an all-dayer on Bank Holiday Monday.
Head to Hawker Yard on 28 August for authentic Jamaican jerk BBQ and rum cocktails, games and live music including reggae, ska and rock-steady.
Reggae Caribbean Cookout launched on 7 August 2016 and has had a great first year attracting radio and TV coverage, with each event getting bigger and bigger.

Dishes will include Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork, Roast Fish, Ox-tail, Curry Goat, Callaloo and Pumpkin mix, Rice and Peas and more.
Rum cocktails are the name of the game! Wray and Nephew and Appleton Estate rums from Jamaica are top of the list.
There will be a special birthday cocktail for the event as well as the Reggae Caribbean Cookout Rum Punch.
If rum is not for you then there's cold Red Stripe beer as well as a selection of other drinks.
Vintage Studio One will get the vibes started and there's live music from Midlands reggae, ska and dub band The Empty Lines.

Entry is only £1.00 (food and drink sold separately). Children under 16 enter free and must be with an adult.
