Regina's, a modern Mediterranean restaurant and bar from the team behind Noel's Bar & Restaurant, is set to open at the iconic site of Purnell’s Bistro and Ginger’s Bar. This modern Mediterranean restaurant and bar promises a vibrant addition to the city’s business district, just off Colmore Row.

Regina’s menu celebrates Mediterranean flavours, featuring tapas-style dishes and crafted entrees that highlight the region's diverse ingredients. Birmingham foodies, get ready! May 2025 marks the grand opening of Society, an independent food hub bringing quality street food, craft beer, cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere to One Colmore Square.

Spanning 9,000 sq ft, Society will accommodate over 350 guests in its open-plan dining hall and outdoor terrace for al fresco dining. This community hub will offer an eclectic mix of gourmet street food and comforting classics from five independent kitchens, showcasing the best of local food businesses.

With thirty-six lines of craft beer from top breweries, including local favourites Attic and Glasshouse, Society will be a must-visit for beer lovers. The bar will also feature a curated wine list and an innovative cocktail menu, ensuring something for everyone, including non-alcoholic options.

Designed to be welcoming and laid-back, Society will feature warm greenery and vibrant artwork, creating the perfect backdrop for social gatherings.

Tiger Bites Pig, a bold and vibrant eatery specialising in East Asian cuisine, specifically Taiwanese bao, made fresh on site every day. Located on Church Street in the heart of the city, the venue is a short walk from both Birmingham New Street & Snowhill station.

A city centre lunchtime favourite since 2006, Monty's Deli Sandwich Bar has relocated from Bull Street to One Snowhill.

Originally located on Bull Street, Monty's Deli was named one of the best sandwich shops in Birmingham last year, having been in the same location for more than 20 years. Often hailed as 'food heaven' the popular shop frequently attracts long queues of customers.

Monty's Deli Sandwich continues to provide the finest sandwiches, salads, burritos and breakfast classics in the city.

Regulars can still enjoy food handmade in the Monty's kitchen throughout the day with the freshest of produce.

As a gesture of community support, any unsold items from Monty's are donated to charity.
