Aluna

Head down the canalside by Mailbox and step into a world of wonder inside Aluna. This waterfront location in the perfect setting for its expert team of mixologists and chefs to provide a truly magical experience like no other.

They offer a range of flavours in the daiquiri department, along with a theatre of flaming mixology and theatrical bartending. Peruse their "Midnight Madness" cocktails, and you'll find the Marshmallow Daiquiri: Belka Vodka, Butterscotch, Licor 43 and Apple Juice, topped with toasted marshmallow foam. Slug & Lettuce

You can never go wrong with delicious food and cocktails at Slug & Lettuce. Not only do they offer the classic strawberry daiquiri, they have a refreshing passionfruit flavour too. Mix with Havana Club 3-year-old rum and lime juice, and the daiquiri party has started.

The Alchemist
