They'll be serving up their mouthwatering creations to foodies at this Saturday's festival.

If you're expecting lettuce and tofu, think again. India's vegetarian food heritage is rich and delicious.

Vichag Foods from Solihull are cooking up their authentic and homemade veggie delights for the big day this Saturday.

Smoky ribs and meaty burgers are the normal order of the day for this Walsall company.

But this Saturday, Field-elicious will add an Indian infusion to the Deep South food trend that's sweeping Birmingham.
