It's just over a month until we celebrate a decade of rum fun at the tenth Birmingham Rum Festival, taking place on Saturday 28th June at the city’s home of rum, the Cuban Embassy in Moseley.

As well as 12 delicious blends to try, live music, street food and and a carnival atmosphere will get the summer vibes flowing and transport you and your mates to an island paradise - right in the heart of Brum! Tickets available here

Here are ten rum cocktails that you won’t want to miss...

First up is Island Slice who will be bringing the tropical heat with their Spicy Margarita! This cocktail is crafted with their signature scotch bonnet rum, noted for its bold and complex flavour profile, it adds a fiery kick to a refreshingly sweet cocktail.

Island Slice will also be treating us to a second delicious signature cocktail! Rumbarton Rosso is a fiery fusion of heat and citrus. An elegant drink crafted with Island Slice scotch bonnet rum, grenadine, lime and sweet vermouth.

Wray and Nephew’s rum punch is the perfect drink for those with a sweet tooth or a craving for a topical sip. With cranberry, pineapple and lime, the rum punch creates a fiesta of flavours! Crafted with Wray and Nephew overproof white rum, an authentic Jamaican rum, it makes the perfect base with sweet hints of vanilla, coconut and molasses.
