On the Menu
The exhibitors ranged from small-scale traders to well-loved restaurants, to institutions of culinary training.
We found most of them by asking for your tips on social media. The list was built from recommendations by Birmingham food lovers who follow Dine Birmingham.
What they all have in common are their local roots, independent values and commitment to high-quality food and drink.
