Trick O’ Treat yourself to Birmingham’s spookiest cocktails this Halloween.

On the haunt for devilishly good cocktails and a killer vibe this Halloween? Check out these top 5 bars and restaurants in Birmingham which are guaranteed to enchant your taste buds… 

Manahatta 

Grab all your ghoul-friends and head to Manahatta for their Bad Witches Bottomless Party this Sunday. With 2 hours of creepy cocktails, prosecco potions and fabulous food for £44.95pp, you’re guaranteed to be left spellbound. For those with a sweet tooth, they’ve conjured up the Poison Apple Tini (£11.95) made from Bacardi Caribbean spiced rum, accompanied with butterscotch and apple. For those brave enough, try the Potion of Peril (£13.95) made of rum and zombie mix- not for the faint hearted. Thrilling tunes will haunt the room to provide the full spooky experience. Just fancying a little tipple? These cocktails can be enjoyed all day Sunday to Friday under their 2-4-1 deals, so pop into Manahatta for some scarily good sips. 

The Alchemist 

It’s spooky season all year round at the Alchemist with their Dead Red Zombie (£11.50)- a rum based bevvy mixed with citrus, pineapple and cranberry. Fancy trying something new? Indulge in their Cereal Killer(£10.00) cocktail, a unique yet frightfully delicious combination of rum, chocolate milk, white chocolate foam and coco pops. Plus, their resident DJ’s will see you through to witching hour with their After Dark events, serving enchanting tunes until 2am. Grab a Poison Sharer and get ready to show of your scariest moves on the dance floor.  

Be At One

Be at One never let us down on the cocktail scene across their venues at Brindleyplace and New Street. They’re giving us four Halloween inspired concoctions to choose from, available until the 5th November. Channel your inner Bat Bitch Energy with their rum-laced, blood orange and lime cocktail. Add some fire (and a few mixed berries) and you’ve got yourself an irresistible Bite Me.  Or perhaps you fancy a punchy passionfruit flavoured Dr  op Dead Gorgeous? Not a basic witch? Then opt for the Venemous Vixen, a twist on a marg complete with a syringe. 

The Slug and Lettuce 

The Slug and Lettuce are really treating us this Halloween with three sweet themed cocktails, available until the 31st October. They’re offering mixes ranging from an electric blue Bubblegum Burst to a tequila- based Fizzy Lifting Fix. But the real star of the show? The Golden Ticket- a moreish chocolate espresso martini, topped with cream, glitzy gold dust and even an edible spoon. 

Tattu 

A wicked spell has been cast over Tattu this Halloween, turning the once romantic cherry blossoms into a chilling eerie green. Their Skullduggery brunch event is £47.50pp and features an extravagant three course meal complete with a bottomless Trick O’ Treat Package. There are four spooky serves to choose from ranging from the Witches Brew to the Phantom Pumpkin. Of course, their Instagram famous, vodka-infused Skull Candy cocktail is still available for those with the sweetest tooth. So, dust the cobwebs off your spookiest attire and head to Tattu for the ultimate Halloween experience.
