Bitters ‘n Twisted Venues have announced the arrival of a new Bodega Cantina restaurant and bar in Worcester city centre, following the success of its Birmingham city centre branch on Bennett's Hill.
Bodega Cantina offers fresh, homemade South American and Mexican-inspired cuisine as well as an extensive range of South American wines, bottled beers and spirits. There is also a big emphasis placed on high quality, handcrafted cocktails.

An investment of £200,000 has been put into the new site, with 15 new jobs created. The company is hoping that the Worcester site can follow in the footsteps of the flagship eatery in Birmingham. Since opening in 2010, it has ridden the recent wave of popularity enjoyed by Mexican and street-food-style fare.
Matt Scriven, managing director of Bitters ‘n Twisted Venues commented,
"I've been looking for a second site for Bodega for a couple of years now. Worcester was very attractive because of its existing high quality hospitality and retail offering and the fact that it's not swamped by corporate chains. There appears to be a genuine demand for interesting independents and hopefully Bodega will fit in nicely to that scene.
"We focus on high quality, handmade food and drinks which give us scope to express our genuine passion for what we do. The original Bodega in Birmingham has firmly established itself in the eating and drinking scene of Birmingham and we hope to do similar in Worcester for years to come."
Bodega Cantina Worcester will be located at 14 Foregate St on the site of the previous Foregate Patisserie and will open 7 days a week from midday until 10pm during the week and until 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
