A new service has launched in Birmingham, to deliver provisions and products from local shops to those feeling too worse for wear to fetch it themselves.

'Your Hungover' is the brainchild of Umar Bader, a Birmingham food entrepreneur who also owns Roti Wraps, a lunchtime delivery service, and #moms, which delivers evening meals.
After a night on the town, we placed an order for a Pakistani Breakfast (above), which consisted of scrambled egg, rajma (red kidney beans in sauce) and lightly sauteed potatoes with paratha (wholemeal pancakes). The delicious delivery was swiftly devoured, washed down with refreshing pear and carrot juice, and a smooth mango lassi.
We asked Umar what inspired Your Hungover:
"The idea originally was that I wanted to also cater for the morning and breakfast market in some way. While on a night out, I walked past a takeaway shop and it just hit me. When you've been out on the town and are heading back home, your first point of call is normally to get something to eat.
"Then I thought about the following morning, when you've got a banging headache and can't get out of bed to find a remedy to the hangover. Why not have someone deliver it to you?"
Your Hungover operates on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm. Customers can order food, drink, magazines and the like, which the service then aims to source and deliver within 45 minutes of confirmation.
Social media and mobile are the platform for orders, which are accepted via Twitter, Facebook or text message. Fees for this service will cover the price of the order, plus a £4 delivery charge.
The service is initially being trialled in Yardley, Stechford, Solihull, Acocks Green, Shirley and Hall Green, with a view to expanding across the city.
