Fumo

For a Sunday Roast with a little more flair, Fumo Birmingham is another good option to consider. Located near Snow Hill station, the sister restaurant to San Carlo is Braca’s tapas-style, serving cicchetti and offering traditional Sunday lunch. The Sunday roast is available 12pm to 5pm, with customers being able to choose from roast beef, lamb or chicken, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, rich gravy and a freshly prepared Yorkshire pudding.

Served in Fumo’s stylish, lively setting, it is a more contemporary take on Sunday lunch, while still including all the classic roast essentials.

Blacklock Birmingham

Situated near Snow Hill station, Blacklock a chophouse and steak restaurant is now serving Sunday lunch. Its roasts are a different take on the traditional Sunday lunch, with options including 55-day aged rump, 28-day aged lamb and 21-day aged pork loin.

Each roast is served with a Yorkshire pudding, duck-fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Blacklock gravy prices starting from £24. For those looking for a meat free option, there is a barbecued cauliflower chop roast for £18, including all the usual trimmings.

For those looking for a meat free option, there is a mushroom stroganoff filo pie for £19.50, all roasts are served with roast potatoes, buttered carrots, brassicas and bacon and bottomless gravy!

If you don’t fancy the traditional meats, Pasture offers House Cuts served with the traditional trimmings. Choose from a range of cuts including, chateaubriand for £15 per 100g, Tomahawk for £12 per 100g and Porterhouse for £12 per 100g. Fancy a side? Gaucho Birmingham

Situated near Snow Hill station, Gaucho brings an Argentine twist to the traditional Sunday roast. Served every Sunday 12pm to 5pm, the menu includes roast chicken or roast beef with a vegan roast also available. The roasts are served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, unlimited Yorkshire puddings and limitless red wine gravy.

Sunday roasts are priced at £26.95 and £15 for a children’s roast.

Tattu Birmingham

If you want a Sunday roast with a far Eastern Twist, check out Tattu in Birmingham. Their  Imperial Sunday Roast brings together aromatic roast duck, Chinese BBQ chicken and char siu pork with fusion trimmings including salt and pepper roast potatoes and steamed bao or pancakes.
