Bardolino at the Cube has a new-look menu focused around Marco Pierre White’s belief that good quality food should be an experience that is shared and enjoyed with friends and family, whatever the occasion and includes a mix of classic Italian-inspired dishes.
The new pizzas are tantalising and includes Florentina Portobello mushroom, spinach, free range egg, mozzarella, fresh sage, porcini oil and the Romana with anchovies, capers, black olives, tomato and mozzarella.
Two novel burgers have been added including the Fonzi, which includes pancetta, pickled cucumber and mozzarella. Not to be outdone, Marco has also added his own, aptly named The MPW which includes mustard mayonnaise, onion rings and mozzarella.
