Authentic Brazilian restaurant, Fazenda, has officially arrived in Birmingham, with its doors opening to the public today (Friday 16th November).
Open seven days a week, the 220-cover rodizio restaurant will welcome guests for lunch and dinner in its expansive main dining spaces, as well as provide the perfect setting for pre and post-meal drinks thanks to a 50-seater bar.
Located at 55 Colmore Row, Fazenda will exude century-old gaúcho traditions and rodizio dining in opulent surroundings, with its interior featuring a signature dark colour palette contrasted by warm ambient lighting, cow hides and stucco walls - boasting elegance and splendour.
The restaurant offers continuous tableside service, giving guests the chance to sample up to 15 different types of the highest quality meats. Guests can also enjoy the gourmet sides bar, which features Feijoada – a traditional Brazilian stew – salads, cured meats and fresh sushi.
The Fazenda experience is also centred around fine wine, with the restaurant having a dedicated working wine room featuring over 100 different blends, with a knowledgeable team on hand to recommend a glass to suit all tastes.
Commenting on the opening in Birmingham, Fazenda co-founder, Tomas Maunier, who was born in Brazil and raised in Argentina, said: “It has been incredible watching the restaurant take shape over the past few months, and we are looking forward to being part of the Birmingham community once we open our doors to the public on Friday.
“Growing up, this how I would eat with my family and friends, and I can’t wait for the people of Birmingham to have the true Fazenda experience.”
