The Summer Market Veggie & Vegan Festival sees Seasonal Markets returning to their usual stomping ground to showcase 'the best that the earth has to offer'.
Visitors will be able to enjoy vegetarian and vegan street food, quaff vegan wine and beers and have a look around the market hall of 15 artists, designers and makers and 15 vegetarian or vegan food producers.
The street food line-up includes some new and exciting traders bringing veggie and vegan specials to the summer market. The offering is designed to suit both long-time vegans and those flirting with a plant-based lifestyle.
A plethora of plant-based food...
Seasoned pros and Birmingham favourites The Middle Feast will be bringing along their famed kebabs and mezze.
Puckin’ Poutine will be coming to Seasonal Markets for the first time, serving up authentic Canadian-style poutine with exciting veggie options: jackfruit poutine, mushroom chilli poutine and Mediterranean veg poutine to name a few.
Fellow Seasonal Market newbies Kanassa will be bringing along some South American style with their Colombian-inspired menu, decked out with plenty veg-friendly options.
After impressing visitors to the Cheese Festival with their vegan cheeses, and fresh from their residency at 1000 Trades, BA-HA Vegan (pictured above) will be serving their plant power menu at The Bond, as will award-winning vendor Fresh Rootz.
And let’s not forget dessert! The Bournville Waffle Co will be making an appearance to satisfy everybody’s sweet tooth – look out for their vegan waffle with mixed berry compote.

Natural wine will be a big feature of the Summer Market with a range of excellent vegan and craft wines on offer for everyone to
And if wine isn’t your thing, no worries – Burning Soul Brewing will bring their vegan-friendly beer to the festival.
Bringing some colour to the party will be UJuice, juicing up exotic fruit and serving it alongside their vegan bowls and snacks.
Not to mention, the Cocktail Caravan will be offering up plant-based blends, as well as prosecco by the glass and bottle.

Discover vegan streetwear designer Being Clothing in the Market Hall, as well as leather-alternative cork accessories from Cortica Boutique.
Alongside the craft exhibitors, there will be a range of goods from veggie and vegan food producers, from the nutritious nut butters of ButterBelle, to the vegan chocolate of Tryshulls Raw Chocolate, to natural and organic wines from Grace + James..
The Summer Market Veggie & Vegan Festival is on Saturday 2 June (12 - 6pm) at The Bond Company. Entry costs £2 for adults and children 12 or older. Under-12s enter free.
