What information we collect

The data we collect from you may include name, email address, telephone number, address, location, interests, food/drink/content preferences, age, date of birth, gender, spending habits and frequency of attendance at venues/events. The scope of data we hold about you depends on how much you have provided us with, via surveys or by updating your email preferences.

How we use your information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may unsubscribe easily and quickly at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by contacting us in other ways (see final section for contact details)

When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We also collect this information when you provide it to us in order, for example, to enter a competition or download a discount voucher.

Email marketing: We may use the data you provide us to send you emails about our events, news, products, services, content and other updates, where you have explicitly given us permission to do so.

We may also use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting, where you have explicitly given us permission to do so.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How we get your consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Where your data is stored

Payments

Your payments are processed by Stripe, a secure online payments system which encrypts all card data and complies fully with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

We do not hold any of your card details ourselves.

Third party services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
