Artisan Street Kitchen has paired up with Birmingham’s oldest and award-winning pub, The Old Crown, to bring you five of the Midland’s best Michelin star chefs for a brand new weekly street food click and collect service.
Ciaran Healy, the owner of The Old Crown, expressed “It’s exciting to be a part of this project, it is great to hear something positive happing for the hospitality industry in Birmingham. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the click and collect serve and look forward to the weeks ahead.”
Due to the lockdown restrictions, diners have not had the chance to enjoy fine dining in their favourite Michelin star restaurants. For the first time ever the cities Michelin star chefs have decided to come together to prepare a bespoke ‘street-food' menu. Each chef will be cooking a three-course set that is available to pre-order over on the website here.
Each Saturday starting from Saturday 27th February 2021 and onwards, during the hours of 5PM – 9PM, one of five guest chefs will be putting their take on street food dishes in a mobile airstream kitchen at The Old Crown.
